Ordinary & Special Meetings of Council
Port Pirie Regional Council comprises the Mayor and 9 Councillors, and is the decision-making body on all policy matters. Meetings are normally held on the 4th Wednesday of each month (with the exception of December) in the Council Chambers at Council's Administration Centre, 115 Ellen Street, Port Pirie, commencing at 6.30pm.
Ordinary Meetings of Council scheduled for 2019 are as follows: 23 January; 27 February; 27 March; 24 April; 22 May; 26 June; 24 July; 28 August; 25 September; 23 October; 27 November and December (TBC).

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held in the Council Chambers at Council's Administration Centre, 115 Ellen Street, Port Pirie on Wednesday, 13 February 2019 at 6.15pm.

Public Question Time
Council will allocate fifteen (15) minutes in the Council agenda for each monthly Ordinary meeting for the purpose of Public Question Time. Each member of the community wishing to pose a question of Council, must do so in writing prior to the meeting; they must be present at the relevant meeting; and they will be allowed to speak for no longer three (3) minutes at the meeting.
