2020 Community Plan Survey Now Open!
Residents are invited to have a say on the future of our communities as Port Pirie Regional Council releases its 2020 Community Plan Survey.
The survey will gather valuable information from the community that will help us to review our Strategic Plan, “Port Pirie Regional Council Community Plan 2016-2025”. The Plan will be revised based on the feedback received and a draft of the revised plan circulated for further community consultation.
Council is interested in the importance residents place on the services and facilities it provides to the community, how these services and facilities are used and what improvements are needed.
Survey results will also help Council to plan for the future by asking residents to provide their top 4 priorities for the next 5 years.
Community consultation is greatly valued by Council. Current restrictions around COVID 19 and subsequent changes to our Community Engagement Policy limit Council’s ability for face to face consultation. We are however, keen to make sure all residents are able to access the survey and have their say.
Surveys are available online at www.pirie.sa.gov.au/noticeboard/consultation and in hard copy form at the Port Pirie Administration Centre, 115 Ellen Street, Port Pirie. Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions, Council is also offering to post a hard copy survey to any interested resident to complete. Anyone wishing to have a hard copy survey posted to them can contact Council to arrange this on 8633 9777.
Port Pirie Regional Council’s 2020 Community Plan Survey is open until 5pm Friday 22 May 2020.
