Prequalified Contract Panels:
Council is currently establishing a Prequalified Contractor Panels of contractors in the following areas:
- Building Trades and Services
- Minor Civil Works (incorporating Plant Hire) and
- Horticulture and Arboriculture

Important Information for Tenderers and Contractors
To be able to undertake any contracted works for Council, it is a mandatory requirement under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 that your company holds a current Building Contractors Licence and that you also hold a current Supervisors Licence, with specified sub-categories depending on the type of service to be provided.
Contractors should be aware of their legislative requirements prior to applying for any tenders to ensure that the appropriate licences are held by both the company and all employees.
