The Port Pirie Visitor Information Centre acts as a ticket agent for the Stateliner Bus service, providing convenient access to transportation services for residents and visitors.
Passengers can purchase Stateliner Bus tickets directly from the Visitor Information Centre's front counter during office hours, which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 10am to 2pm. For those requiring urgent tickets, they are available for purchase directly from the bus driver.
Please be aware that as an agent, the Visitor Information Centre cannot facilitate refunds, ticket changes, open tickets, or handle freight enquiries. Customers needing assistance with these matters are advised to contact Stateliner on 1300 851 345.
Council and Stateliner would like to reiterate that anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated on the bus or within the vicinity of the Visitor Information Centre.
