Mobile Food Vending

The Port Pirie Regional Council welcomes Mobile Food Vendors within the region as these are an important contributor to creating a vibrant and diverse industry assisting to grow the regional economy. Council looks forward to receiving your Application to Vend on Local Government Land and endeavors to work with vendors to ensure success for all traders and the enjoyment of the public.

The Application to Vend on Local Government Land is also applicable to fixed food vendors who wish to trade on footpaths, as well as  non-food/beverage vending such as  display racks, raffles, etc. If you are unsure if you are required to complete this application, please contact Council to discuss with our friendly Development & Regulation team.
