Bowman Street Upgrade - Update Feb 2021

Port Pirie Regional Council would like to thank the community for their patience as we reach the final weeks of the Bowman Street upgrade.

Works still to come include:

· Installation of the second set of speed humps near the Newsagency and Council office
· Planting of garden beds
· Improvements to shopfronts and facades as part of the Crystal Brook Shopfront Project
· Electric car charging station at the Post Office car park
· New BBQ in Jubilee Park
· Installation of street furniture

The resealing of Bowman Street is scheduled to be completed by a contractor in April which will see the roadworks completed. The shop front improvements will be completed by 30 June 2021.
