Briefing Session for Council's Prequalified Contractor Panels
Council is seeking to establish the following prequalified contractor panels for nominated services to be performed for Council when required:
- Building Trades and Services including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry/cabinet makers, glazing/glass repair, locksmith, gutter cleaning, floor cleaning, fencing and metal fabrication.
- Horticulture and Arboriculture Services – including Turf Management, Tree Management, Landscaping and Irrigation, Weed Management and Mowing and Slashing (including roadside and block slashing).
- Minor Civil Works Services – including Pavement Construction and Maintenance, Concrete Works, Stormwater Construction and Maintenance, Paving (including Clay and Concrete Segmental), Pipeline Maintenance and Plant Hire.
The tender will close on 5 March 2024 and interested Contractors can download the tender packages from the SA Tenders & Contracts website.
An Industry Briefing session will be held to provide more information at 4.30pm on Wednesday 31 January 2024 at the Memorial Oval Function Centre, 50 Mary-Elie Street, Port Pirie.
This presentation will inform contractors of the requirements to be compliant with Work Health and Safety and licensing requirements in order to be considered for inclusion on Port Pirie Regional Council’s panels of prequalified contractors.
