Council Supports Local Artists through SALA Festival Registration Subsidy
Port Pirie Regional Council is delighted to again offer a SALA Festival registration subsidy for artists and groups hosting events or exhibitions in the Port Pirie region during SALA Festival 2024.
The SALA Festival is Australia’s largest and most inclusive visual arts festival, which takes place in galleries and non-traditional arts spaces across South Australia annually, during the entire month of August.
The subsidy assists with registration fees and applicants can claim reimbursement after registering on the SALA Festival website by Friday 17 May 2024 via the online application.
Subsidy allocation depends on the number of applications received. Artists will be notified of subsidy approval by 31 May 2024 and payments will be reimbursed from 1 July 2024. Conditions apply.

Early Bird pricing is available until 8 April 2024 on the SALA website and standard registration closes Wednesday 8 May 2024.
