Expressions of Interest Open for Event Photographer at Winter Festival
Port Pirie Regional Council invites community Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced photographers to capture key moments of the Port Pirie SALA Winter Festival to be held on Saturday 2 August 2025 from 10.00am to 10.00pm at Memorial Park, Port Pirie.
The successful applicant will be required to provide photography services for eight (8) hours across the event day, capturing a diverse range of content including morning, afternoon, and evening festival activity.
Images will be used for event promotion, marketing and documentation purposes, and photographers must be able to provide edited digital files within an agreed timeframe post-event.
Please note that any images captured may also be used (and credited) within Port Pirie Regional Council's publications including, but not limited to, Annual Report, Community Plan and Annual Business Plan.
Photographers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the nature of SALA and community arts events, and are expected to engage respectfully with artists, performers, and the general public throughout the event.

The Expression of Interest period is now open and closes at 5.00pm on Friday 27 June 2025.
Expression of Interest submissions will be reviewed with the successful applicant notified in early July 2025.
