Final Stages of Wandearah Road Works
Motorists can expect a smoother drive to and from the Port Pirie city centre as the final stages of works are conducted on Wandearah Road.
Repairs to the dips and undulations along some sections of Wandearah Road (between Mary Elie Street and Grey Terrace) have been long awaited to help motorists navigate the thoroughfare between Port Pirie’s retail areas.
The final stage of works, which involves resurfacing the patches of Wandearah Road, have been delayed due to inclement weather. However, they are scheduled to start next week (from Monday 28 June), weather permitting.
The resurfacing will be completed over several days. Road users can expect delays and partial road closures during this time.
