Local Government Act Consultation – Proposal to Revoke Community Land Classification
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Subsection 194(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1999 that the Port Pirie Regional Council propose to revoke the community land classification on vacant land, classified as drainage reserve, for the purpose of opening a road between residential development stages in Risdon Park South:

Pelham Road, Risdon Park South
Certificate of Title: Volume 6167 Folio 734
The proposal to revoke the community land classification will allow a portion of the drainage reserve to be used to facilitate the road opening, while the balance of land will be retained as operational land as a drainage reserve.
