Stallholders & Exhibitors Call-Out for Youth Festival

Published 16th October 2025

Port Pirie Regional Council is proud to support “Our Youth, Our Festival”, a vibrant new community event designed and delivered by students from John Pirie Secondary School. This youth-led celebration will take place on Saturday 29 November 2025, from 3pm – 9pm at the Port Pirie Foreshore/Solomontown Beach.

Driven by the ethos “Where students’ voices shape community choices,” the festival will showcase the creativity, leadership and energy of young people across the region. Attendees can expect a dynamic program of arts, music, games, food stalls, and other youth-designed activities.

This free event is open to all and aims to foster stronger community connections while celebrating the next generation of leaders.

To help create a vibrant and welcoming festival atmosphere, we’re looking to enhance the event with a fantastic range of food and market stalls, as well as engaging exhibitors. We encourage local businesses, community groups, and organisations to get involved — it’s a great opportunity to showcase your offerings, connect with the community, and support a youth-led initiative that celebrates creativity, culture and collaboration.

How You Can Get Involved:

Community groups, organisations, businesses and individuals interested in participating as stallholders or exhibitors are invited to complete the ‘Our Youth, Our Festival’ Stallholder / Exhibitor Permit Application.

Please note that Stallholder / Exhibitor applications close at midnight on Sunday 2 November 2025.

For any questions or further details, please contact Council’s Community Development Coordinator, Kelly Clonan by email events@pirie.sa.gov.au or phone (08) 8633 8728.
